Online vehicle check-in
Check your car in before you bring it: your details, the vehicle's and photos of the damage, from your phone or computer. When you arrive, everything will be ready.
How it works
Four steps and you're done. Best done with the car in front of you and the paperwork to hand.
- Your detailsName, phone, email and ID number.
- The vehicleRegistration, make and model. You can scan the vehicle's technical card to fill it in automatically.
- Reason and damageTell us what's wrong, mark the damaged areas on the diagram and attach photos or videos.
- Sign and sendIf you like, sign with your finger to confirm the details. We'll contact you about dropping off the car.
Start your check-in
It opens full screen so you can fill it in comfortably, on your phone too. You can close it at any time.
The check-in form is in Spanish. If you need a hand, call or WhatsApp us and we'll help you fill it in.
Have to hand
- Your ID or tax number.
- The car's technical card or registration certificate.
- Photos or videos of the damage, from several angles.
- If your insurance is paying: insurer, policy number and, if you have it, the claim number.
Why check in online

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to check in online?
No. It's the quickest, most convenient way, but you can also call us, message us on WhatsApp or come to the workshop.
What happens after I send it?
We review your request and contact you to confirm when to bring the car. If your insurance is paying, we coordinate with your insurer.
Can I use it if my insurance is paying?
Yes. Say so in the reason for the visit and add the policy and claim details if you have them.
Who processes my data?
Green Car Service Tenerife, to manage your vehicle's check-in and repair, through its workshop management platform. See the privacy policy for details.
The form won't load. What can I do?
