Cookie policy
What cookies are, which ones this site may use and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the AEPD's guidance on the use of cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. There are similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, that serve comparable purposes. In this policy we refer to all of them as 'cookies'.
Which cookies this site uses
This is a static website and it does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies, nor does it track your browsing for commercial purposes.
At most, it may store a strictly technical preference in your browser, such as the language or display option you have chosen. That information stays on your device, is not sent to any server and cannot be used to identify you. As it is needed for a feature you request, it is exempt from consent.
Third-party resources and services
The website's typefaces, styles and scripts are served from the site itself: browsing it does not load any third-party resources. There are two exceptions, and in both cases it's you who decides to use them:
| Service | Provider | When it loads | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Maps (embedded map) | Only when you press 'Show the map' on Contact, Our premises or Book an appointment | Showing the workshop's location | |
| Online check-in | Workshop management platform (app.tallerdechapaypintura.com) | Only when you open the online check-in window (Online check-in buttons) | Showing the vehicle check-in form and access to your customer area |
When you press 'Show the map', Google may receive technical data about your connection (such as your IP address) and set its own cookies; if you'd rather not load it, use the 'Open in Google Maps' link or check the address on the same page. The online check-in platform may use technical storage needed for the form and sign-in to work.
These third parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend you read. The site owner has no access to the information they collect.
External links
Links to social networks or WhatsApp take you to third-party services. When you click them, their own terms and cookie policies apply.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can allow, block or delete cookies and stored data at any time in your browser settings. The main browsers let you do this from their privacy or security menus:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Safari: Settings > Privacy.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
If you block third-party resources, the embedded map won't be shown; the rest of the website works as usual.
Further information and changes
If we add cookies that require your consent in future, we will ask for it before setting them and update this policy. For more information about how your data is processed, see the privacy policy and the legal notice.
